Enter Chaos
Hello everyone. As you can see the everyday routine of the Gelman household is ongoing.
The children are off to school.
Though someone was late for the bus and had to find another way there.
The two newest members of the household are asleep but IQ seems to find little Bernard the most interesting of them.
The newest member of the household is actually this cat, a stray, that caught my daughter Keely’s eye.
His name is Scamp and his addition to the family will give IQ someone to socialize with when the Sims are busy.
The house is very full now and soon Liam will be bringing home one more.
Betsy is busy doing chores as usual and enjoying the brand new washing machine and dryer recently added to the house.
“Hi Betsy I want to talk to you.”
“Of course Mr. Liam.”
“I just wanted to let you know I noticed the cleaning had gotten a little behind so I scheduled a maid service to come in and help out.”
“Oh…”
“That will give you more time to help with the kids.”
“Of course if that’s what you want Mr. Liam.”
It seems she’s not too pleased with this development. Perhaps she’s worried that the new help might turn out to be female.

Liam decided to take a little trip to check on his newest on the way.
Peggy,
So I went to see how Lala was getting along. You know, just to make sure the baby-making was a success, plus keep up the connection. I mean someone that’s also trying to have 100 kids has to have connections that would be useful to have as a friend. She was pregnant, not really showing yet, so that was good and it was interesting to see the set-up she had for her kids. I have to say the lady likes purple.
The conversation was going fine but I noticed there was this guy watching us like a hawk and this other guy was there two only he didn’t seem as interested in eavesdropping.
“So Lala what’s the deal with the blue guy and the other guy?”
“They’re secret agents,” she giggled. ”Seriously, though, the government placed them in my house for protection.”
“Protection from what?”
“There are some people out there who would gladly keep me from finishing my challenge. Did you see the grave outside?”
I nodded as she teared up and looked away. ”One of my sons was recently killed…”
Now that’s not something I was expecting to hear. I wasn’t sure what to say so I just patted her shoulder trying to be comforting. I guess I should be glad that I don’t have anyone trying to stop me. Hey, I’m not completely insensitive, and I know I’d be upset if something happened to one of my kids so I’m glad I don’t have someone trying to stop me.
“I should go check on the baby,” she said getting up. I guess that was her way of changing the subject.
I followed her into the room where she picked up a dark-haired toddler boy and enjoyed the view.
“Who’s the little guy?”
“Oh, this is Justin! He’s my newest, and his daddy is Matthew Hamming.”
“Cute kid,” I said thinking the name sounded familiar. He’s an actor or something, I think? I don’t pay much attention to the names of actors, actresses on the other hand I know quite a few of them. Made me wonder if I could score an actress as a mother. If Lala did I shouldn’t be too hard to convince one.
“Our kids should be cute too; Cuter actually.” She giggled. I’m not sure she took me seriously.
“How about some dinner?”
“Hey, how’d you know I was hungry. You must be a mind reader Baby.”
So I followed her to the kitchen and she started making lobster. Guess she wanted to impress me with the fancy dish.
I was more impressed watching the show as she made it. Of course I made some small talk.
When we sat down one of those agent guys, the less nosy one, grabbed a plate too.
We ate not saying a word. The other agent guy stayed clear away. I guess I intimidated him.
“So you’re the new baby daddy?” the silent guy asked when we were finishing.
“You bet,” I told him. ”I got a little challenge of my own going too. Lala and I are helping each other out so to speak.”
“Really?”
“Yep you got a hot sister I should know about?” I asked with a smirk.
“You’re kidding right?”
“Yeah… so where’s the bathroom in this place?”
“Come on,” he said getting up. ”I’ll show you.”
She was washing the dishes when I came back.
“I better get going so I can catch my flight.”
I kissed her and she hugged me goodbye.
“Thanks for checking up on me,” she said in my ear with a giggle.
“Anytime Baby,” I told her “just remember to give me a jingle when you have them. A deal’s a deal, right?”
“Right.”
So that was the end of my visit. Next time I see the lovely Lala I’ll be going home with a baby.

So much for supporting your siblings, eh Keely?

“Who’s the hungry boy?”
::Drooling::
“Catch it boy!”
“Oh Anubis is such a good boy!”
“Oh yes hims such a good boy! Hims such a pretty plant. Mommy loves her pretty boy!”
::Laughter::
“Hello Betsy.”
What’s he doing there? He better not be planning on messing up my game.

/ June 3, 2012Hi Fairybird,
Enjoyed your update! Hope that all goes well with the next baby. You may see Vlad & Erica in my next photo update as I’m putting Devin & Tobin’s sister, Deborah in Elmira City to get her singing career back to where it was before I had to save her to my bin in order to save her from my temperamental game which makes a Sim start at the beginning in the singing career. I then plan to share her in my studio. Maybe your band would like to add a singer and back-up utility band member when one of them is on maternity leave.
Have a great day!
Silver

/ June 24, 2012And who is the mystery man at the end of the chapter? All the kids are so cute and adorable, and I love how you weave game play with Liam’s story. And I like the bit with him visiting Lala.

/ June 24, 2012The visit was Lala’s idea and she took all those pics in her game. I loved the idea too. This first swap was fun and I hope to do more in the future.

/ March 24, 2013The swap is such an interesting idea.
I’m curious about the mystery man at the end of the chapter, too.
